Zoom Czar Needed
Rev. Arthur Ritter, Moderator
We continue to look forward to our Annual Meeting and Conference in Brookfield, WI this June. We are excited about the welcome the Wisconsin churches will provide, the opportunities for fellowship and worship, and the information and inspiration our presenters will bring.
We hope to see many delegates and attendees in person; however, this will also be a hybrid meeting. The business and plenary sessions will again be offered online via Zoom. We have a few volunteers to shepherd the various online sessions but would certainly appreciate more helpers! We are in immediate need of someone to coordinate the volunteer schedule and to be on-call throughout the meeting for technical issues. If you have the technology skills that can help us in this important task, please contact me or call NACCC staff in Oak Creek at 1-800-262-1620.

Dare to join us in Milwaukee!
Sandy Leonard, Congregational Foundation Board of Governors
We’ll be “Good to Grow” in Milwaukee! Not only do we have the need to continually grow in our faith, freedom, and fellowship; we need to grow our legacies and generosity. At the AMC, the Growth Ministry Council will host Dr. Meredith McNabb of the Lake Institute on Faith& Giving. She will speak on “Engaging the Shifting Landscape of Religious Generosity”.
To follow up this lecture, and assist member churches in their fundraising, The Board of Governors of the Congregational Foundation is pleased to offer the opportunity to earn an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising through the Lake Institute. The course will be available to members of our churches at a highly discounted rate.

The NACCC is looking for an Editor who will oversee all aspects of The Congregationalist, a magazine sponsored by the NACCC supporting and furthering the Congregational Way.
Special thanks to outgoing editor, Marianne King. She will join us at the Annual Meeting & Conference in June and will collaborate with the new editor on the September 2023 issue.

Listening Tour Update
Rev. Dr Ashley Cleere, Executive Director
I also was privileged to share in the final worship services of two longstanding NACCC member churches. Grace North Congregational Church of Berkeley, California gathered over Zoom on April 14 for a moving farewell liturgy. On April 30, Plymouth Congregational Church of Lansing gathered at First Presbyterian Church, symbolizing a return to their original ecumenical collaboration in 1847. With gratitude for their involvement in the NACCC and abiding commitment to their cities, we surround members of these churches in prayer as they grieve and seek to live out their faith among other caring communities.
